The Lite version of QiMoves Lite contains QiBreak (Standing Position) and QiConnect (Seven Gateways). These QiMoves can be done throughout your day. QiBreak has 3 main parts. The first part helps to release stress and tension from the neck and shoulders. The second part improves the flow of Qi through the lower back, spine, and arms. The third part releases tension and improves the flow of Qi to the head, for greater focus and clarity. QiConnect enhances the natural flow of Qi into the body from external sources such as the earth and nature; improving the quality and flow of the internal Qi.
